SEALS Conference
On Thursday, August 1, I will be presenting on a panel at
the Southeastern Association of Law Schools (“SEALS”) Conference, where I will
be addressing the topic of benefit corporations and other socially minded
business structures. Looking forward to
sharing ideas and insights with friends including Joan Heminway, Cass Brewer
and Benjamin Means.
