Professor Larry Hamermesh Delivers the 35^th Annual F. G. Pileggi Distinguished Lecture

      Recently, Prof. Larry Hamermesh, of whom I am fortunate enough to count as a friend, delivered the 35th Annual F G. Pileggi Distinguished Lecture in Delaware, wherein he recounted his some 40 years in experience as first a practicing attorney and then a professor at the Widener College of Law in Wilmington Delaware.       Not mentioned in that presentation is that Larry’s service as included as the reporter for the Corporate Laws Committee of the Section of Business Law of the American Bar Association, where he had the pen for the drafting of the Model Business Corporation Act (Third), a project to which he continues to contribute, including in the preparation of the annotated version thereof.
