A Local Sighting of the Limited Liability “Corporation”
Recently
there was filed a complaint alleging that the Louisville “fairness ordinance”
infringes upon the rights of the owner of an LLC in the wedding photography and
related businesses. This complaint has been reviewed in numerous places,
including the Religion Clause Blog; HERE IS A LINK to that posting.
On
page 8 of the complaint, it is asserted that the plaintiff is the sole member
of a “limited liability corporation.”
