law partner, Shannon “A.J.” Singleton, along with Keith Fisher, have published
an article in Business Law Today titled Requisite Disclosures for Enforceable Advanced Conflict Waivers. It
reviews a California decision and what is necessary in the way of disclosure in
order that a client’s advanced waiver will be enforceable.
