Wyoming Adopts
Series LLC Legislation
The Wyoming legislature has
approved H.B. 0126, it amending the Wyoming LLC Act by adding to it series
provisions.
The series provisions added to
the Wyoming LLC Act are not (so it would appear) based upon the Uniform
Protected Series Act. Rather, they appear, at least initially, to be based upon
the series provisions of the Delaware LLC Act, with additions made thereto.
The Act has an effective date
of July 1, 2018.
