Times Have Changed
In Wedding v. First National Bank, Inc. of
Chicago, 133 S.W.2d 931 (Ky. 1939), the Kentucky Court of Appeals (then the
highest court of Kentucky), in discussing whether a promissory note was
enforceable, wrote:
“The note is quite long, covering almost four single spaced
pages, ….”
Oh how
