Thinking on Hot Coffee Cases
Several of the law professors who
write the Business Law Prof Blog have been considering whether a customer has a
claim when they are burned by spilled hot coffee (not to be confused with
whether one, in addition to a good cry, is entitled to sue over spilled milk).
It seems a small problem, but they analysis is interesting.
