Effective January 1, 2011, the Kentucky Business Entity Filing Act went into effect. The review of that legislation, co-authored by myself and Laura K. Tzanetos, formerly with Stoll Keenon Ogden PLLC and now in-house counsel with Affiliated Computer Services, Inc., has just been released by The Northern Kentucky Law Review.
