The $150,000 License Plate
Previously,
there was here reviewed a decision of the Federal District Court for the
Eastern District of Kentucky in which it was held that the Department of
Transportation acted inappropriately in denying the license plate "IM
GOD." HERE IS A LINK to my

Earlier
this week, the Transportation Cabinet was ordered to pay in excess of $150,000
to the plaintiff in recompense for the attorney fees and expenses he incurred
