Denies Motion to Dismiss Complaint Alleging New Employer of Corporate Officer Aided
& Abetted Breach of Fiduciary Duties
In a recent decision from the
federal district court (Judge McKinley), he denied a defendant's motion to
dismiss a complaint alleging that the defendant’s new employer could not be
charged with having aided and abetted the individual’s breach of fiduciary duty
in leaving the prior employer. Vivid Impact
