Corporations and
LLCs Must Be Represented by Legal Counsel
In a recent decision from New
Jersey, the Court not less than three times repealed the rule that corporations
and LLCs may appear in court only through an attorney. Parise v. Suarez, Civil Act. No. 17-6936 (JBS-JS), 2018 WL 3756427
(D. N.J. August 8, 2018).
